there is a lot of reasons why doctor's writing like worm.one of it is so laymen cannot understand what the doctor wrote.usually the more senior the doctor, the worst it will be.but if you ask full medical report,sure the doctor will write in full.anyway any common sense person will understand, there is no evidence.that's why the police still unable to rapped up the case and forward it to AG.
