The Mabuk and Gatal Former Minister and the power of deduction.

Malaysian Bar website has this entries about the case that is fast becoming hot gossip in KL.

Amazing how we can do some creative deduction on the story and come out the likely former minister perpetrator (alleged). You know what happen next, the woman complainant would withdraw her complaint after some pressure from high above.

Let me reproduce the replies from Malaysian Bar website;

That restaurant at Brickfield would be popular from now on. Heck I dont know there is a bar/restaurant over there. Some of you might ask, " Why is a Muslim woman working at place like that?"

Well, its honest work. What can you do, its not easy to find a job that pay the bill.

5 ministers were dropped.

They were:

1) Rafidah Aziz
2) Azmi Khalid
3) Tengku Adnan
4) Radzi Sheikh Ahmad
5) Jamaluddin Jarjis

We eliminate Rafidah as the report says it was a "HIM".

We eliminate Azmi is he is not in his 50's.

We eliminate Tengku Adnan as he is not overseas now.

We eliminate Radzi as he was not at the Hotel Meridian Sentral that night getting drunk.

Now who do you think we have left?

What are you trying to imply, Nik Elin?

I don't get your logic Nik Elin. Your maths is too difficult. Therefore there is insufficient evidence to warrant further investigation. Case closed.

P.S. Candidate number 5 might argue that in law "him" can also refer to "her", thus Rafidah should also be probed. Further, we haven't seen the birth certificates of the others, so we therefore cannot conclude their ages.
It looks like him, it sounds like him...

I disagree with your elimination process Nik Elin. No. 5 actually did the right thing by apologising for an incident http://raajarox.com/?p=101. This was such a noble move. I don't think he did it lah.
